Merry Brook is a neighborhood consisting of 87 single family homes. The neighborhood opened in 1976 and was completed in 1990. The homes range from 1200 to 2000+ sq. ft. consisting of ranch, tri-levels, bi-levels, tutors and 2-story designs. Comstock Creek runs along the rear lot lines of many of the homes in this Comstock Township neighborhood creating a peaceful and serene setting.
Hunter’s Place Condominiums
Hunter’s Place Condominiums is part of a PUD (planned urban development – mixed use neighborhood) which opened in 1995 and was completed in 2000. The neighborhood has a total of 34 condominiums consisting of duplex, 3-plex and a 4-plex building. Three designs were offered in the neighborhood which included ranch, ranch with loft and 2-story plans. The size of the condominiums range from 1296 to 1716 sq. ft.
